LOVE ENERGY MEDITATION

Love Energy Meditations are created as an offering to connect you to the higher frequencies of the vibrational healing power of love. During this meditation class Alexandra will guide you to connect to the energy of love through guided meditation, shamanic drumming, ritual incense energetic smoke, medicine chants of the heart, journeying into the heart for wisdom and healing, as well as a deepening of the understanding of the heart's innate intelligence to guide you as you cross over into the realm of love medicine.

In order to honor yourself and this practice at home we recommend the following:

Allow yourself a few minutes before class to prepare a sacred space, light candles, burn some incense, clear the energy of the room, make yourself a cup of tea and make sure to have water near by. We also highly recommend having a journal nearby to record any wisdom you'll receive during your practice. You might want to take a couple of minutes to ground down and connect into your body before class begins. You'll want to position yourself comfortably and have an eye pillow, or something to cover your eyes with on hand. None of this is required but will surely enhance your experience.
